Italian journalist Matteo Pedrosi has claimed that Bayern have reached an agreement with the Bayern and now they will start negotiations with Arsenal.
Sanchez has just over one year left on his current contract, and the Gunners have failed to convince him to sign a new deal until now.
He has been a subject of transfer speculation for quite some time now with various reports claiming that the likes of Man City, Chelsea, Juventus, Bayern and PSG are some of the clubs interested in him.
However, Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger would not be keen on selling his top player to a direct rival in Premier League, and that has given Bayern an edge in the pursuit of the 28-year-old.
